Week 12- Final project

1.In Door pannel final projects I done in the products file with the assemble of 4 products Door arm rest, lower substrate, map pocket, bottle holder.

DOOR ARM REST:

Door arm rest we have to create 2 tooling direction in this part. named main tooling axis and side core tooling axis by this it clears the draft analysis in all side of the part.Closed surfaces are created by using the given Class A surfaces of Door arm rest and its thickness are decided based on the following master section.

B side features are created using mater section. In this arm rest there is flanges only present in this features

LOWER SUBSTRATE

In this part there is one direction in tooling axis which is created using the normal to the surfaces.closed surfaces are created by using the given Class A surfaces of Lower substrate and its thickness are decided based on the following master section.

It has B side feature are heat stake, locaters,Dog houses.locaters and heat stake with ribs are crated where the products are going to assemble and it all given with draft clearence of 0.5 degree of draft angle and all other parts with draft clearence of 2.9 degree.

MAP POCKET

In this part there is one direction in tooling axis which is created using the normal to the surfaces.closed surfaces are created by using the given Class A surfaces of Lower substrate and its thickness are decided based on the following master section with the thickness of 2.5mm.

B side features of map pockets are flange and Dog house are cleared with the draft angle.

BOTTLE HOLDER

In this part there is one direction in tooling axis which is created using the normal to the surfaces.closed surfaces are created by using the given Class A surfaces of Lower substrate and its thickness are decided based on the following master section with the thickness of 2.5mm.

B side features of map pockets are flanges only.
