Week 12- Final project

From the given master section and class A surface the parts are thicken to 2.5 mm distance and with the draft angle of 3 drgress with the tooling axis and the doog house is created with the help of side core axis

draft angle is given for every part 3 degress

heat steak,4 way locatorsand 2 way locators are placed on the Lower substrate with the given master section and paded in the direction of tooling axis with all given dimensions and requried draft angles
