Week 11 - Final project

AIM:

    To create door trim side panel as a complete product

PROCEDURE:

     First to create B surface individual the components required for the door trim pannel with the help of A surface and master section

     Before creating B surface create a tooling axis for each component

     After compeleting the B surface make the components as a solid body then perform the draft analaysis to ensure the draft angle

     Open the created parts in assembly work bench

     Then create a attachement features like HEAT STAKES,DOG HOUSE,FLANGES & LOCATORS with master section as a reference 

      Ensure The attachement features should be connect the each components

     Then add or union trim the attachements with the main body

     Now assemble the push clips at the required places with the constraint

     finally save the product file as save management

RESULT:

      Thus the door trim sidel panel is created with the help of master section
