2D DETAILING OF PIN UNIT

Pin unit assembly and all the child parts of that unit will be taken into account for the detailed drafting sheet.

PIN:

Used to arrest the translational or rotation motion of the car panel with a hole placed on to it.

PIN RETAINER:

Used to hold the pin

LBLOCK:

Used to hold the pin retainer with the blade using the two way shimming.

Riser:

Risers are used to hold the pin unit and related components at the desired height.

Blade:

2D DETAILING OF CLAMP UNIT

Riser:

Risers are used to hold the clamp unit and related components at the desired height.

Blade :

Mounted on the riser to hold the Power clamp and other units together.

Clamp Arm -1

Holds the rest milers with the clamp arm

Clamp Arm -2
