Week 10 - Challenge 2- Attachment Feature Creation (Dog House)

AIM: Creating A,B,C surface and part of door trim with dog house.

TOOLING AXIS & DRAFT ANALYSIS: As there are variation in surface therefore by pulling direction towards Y-direction at which maximum exposure of the A-surface,created tooling axis. The draft angle is maximum 3mm.

B -Surface Creation: Offset the surface and then recreate the surfaces got B surface.Furthermore, offsetting the curved surface and filled the gap between two surfaces.

C-Surface: Partly creating the boundary helps to extrapolate the edge surfaces at 0-degree and 90-degree due to self intersecting error at vertical edges . Complete boundary cannot be done as it is done at old version so to avoid interpolation error and self intersection error best pracice is to do partly and join them.But due to unsolved boundary error couldn't able to create part so as dog house.
