Week 10 - Challenge 1- Attachment Feature Creation (Ribs & Screw Boss)

Class A:

We have given Class A surface.

Class B:

We have Offested Class A and created Class B and solved the errors.

Creation of tooling axis :

Take a point on the surface then by using the line command create a line pnormal to the surface and give point that we have created .This is outr tooling axis that can be used for our draft process and analysis.

Class A and C join:

We have joined class A and c surface togeter to trim with Class B surface.

Creation of Screw Boss and Ribs:

We have created Screw boss by giving pad command and ribs by using extrude command then giving draft to each componennt.

Draft Analysis :

We have performed draft analysis on each component and complete body as shown below.

In this way we have created the final body with ribs and screw boss and have performed the draft analysis with draft angle of 2.9 and 0.5 degree.
