Week 10 - Challenge 1- Attachment Feature Creation (Ribs & Screw Boss)

TOOLING AXIS:

      Tooling axis is created at class A surface creating a point and creating a line perpendicular to the point. 

DRAFT ANALYSIS:

       Draft Analysis is created with the help of draft analysis tool bar and draft analysis status is checked.

CLASS B SURFACE:

       Class B surface is created by offsetting class A surface 3mm inside and extrapolating some areas.

CLASS C SURFACE:

        By extracting boundaries of class A surface and sweeped the boundaries. By Joining the Class A surface with Sweep, Class C surface is created.

Then by triming the class C surface with Class B Surface new closed model is created. Then using the closed surface command in the part body a NEW CLOSED SURFACE Body is created.

RIBS AND SCREW BOSS:

         Ribs and Screw Boss is created by follwing the rules and certain guidelines.
