Week 10- Assembly Workbench
ASSEMBLY WORK BENCH
Draw the parts of the C.V joint and assemble using catia.
Constant velocity, or CV, joints are used to connect your vehicle's transmission to your wheels. CV joints are part of the driveshaft and are used primarily on front-wheel drive vehicles, but they are also used in rear- and four-wheel drive vehicles.
Examplaes of c.v joint:

The given part diagram of the c.v joint is called Double Cardan Style CV Joint:
Telescopic drive shafts or DOUBLE CARDAN JOINTS are essentially a double joint with a section in the center that allows a flexible length of the center piece. The adjustable center element of a double cardan joint allows the shaft's length to be varied for easy installation or to compensate for axial play.
The part diagrams are drawn in part work bench separately

Above diagrams are drawn in part workbench separately:
Then go for the assemble first we create a new PRODUCT in catia and insert the parts by using INSERT PART or just copy and paste the part diagram in the assembly work bench and start to assemble it
First create the separate axis for all part then use of OFFSET CONSTRAIN, COINCIDENCE assemble all parts into one product

OUICK RETURN MECHANISM
A quick return mechanism is an apparatus that converts circular motion into reciprocating motion in presses and shaping machines, which are utilized to shape stocks of metal into flat surfaces. This mechanism is mostly used in shaping machines, slotting machines and in rotary internal combustion engines.

The separate part diagram for quick return mechanism are

Finely the assembly diagram for the quick return mechanism is:
