Week 10:- 2D Detailing Challenge

AIM:

To draft a key sheet for the complete fixture assembly created in challenge 8 and to draft a base unit and the fixed pin unit drawings with all child parts for the complete fixture assembly from challenge 8.

Procedure:

Key sheet for complete fixture:

NOTE:

• To drafting a part, there's always been a standard procedure to do it.
• Must have three start in a drawing and there are different standards to start up a drawing.
• 2 hole starts and one machining start and three machining start. based on customer standards.

In this project, a standard tolerance has been used,

• Dowel to Dowel = +-0.01mm
• Dowel to Dowel (pattern changes) = +-0.02mm
• Dowel to clearance hole = +-0.1mm
• Machining to Dowel = +-0.02mm
• Machining to Machining = +-0.01
• Machining Start = +-0.50mm
• For Fine Machining = 3.2
• For Rough Cut = 6.3

Given dimentions to the required line. dont give it for all the lines containing on the drawing. because it will make confusion to others.
