Q- Compare the deformation and maximum stress developed on a structural steel model for the 2 cases?

Ans- Please find attached report which include comprasion of 2 cases of structural steel.

Q-From an analysis standpoint, which of the design will you select? Explain why?

Ans: from analysis point of view if we are getting more strength with 3 hole , i e. less stress in componenent , we will consider case 2.

Q-From a manufacturing standpoint, which of the design will you select? Explain why?

Ans: from manufacturing point of view also we senect case 2 as it have less volume so that it is light in weigth compare to case 1 , so that it have less material cost .
