V-Block Assembly : Week 4 Challenge

V BLOCK ASSEMBLY

The V Block Assembly consists of 3 Parts which are first created as part files and later on assembled in an assembly file using different constraints.

BODY:

The body was created by using different features like Pad, Pocket.

U CLAMP

U Clamp is created as a different part file using commands like pad and pocket.

FASTENERS:

Fasteners were created as different part files by using features like pad, chamfer and pocket.

ASSEMBLY:

After creating all the different part files they are assembled together in an assembly file by using different constraints like offset constraint, surface contact and coincidence constraint.
