Underbody Coating
UNDERBODY COATING:-
Underbody coating is a sprayable coating that protects the underside of the vehicle from corrosion.Underbody coating provides long-term protection to the car's underbody against corrosion. It protects parts such as internal body panels, frame rails and other interior cavities that are not physically accessible but are prone to corrosion.Protecting the underside of the car should be our top priority. Especially during monsoons when the roads turn into small rivers due to heavy rains and our cars get stuck there. This makes them prone to heavy rust in the underbody region.
It protects the underbody substrates from:-
1.environmental conditions
2.impact
3.Reduces noise and vibration
4.Insulates from cold and heat
5.Protects against corrosion
6.Seal off the seams
7.Hides welds, repairs and bodywork with spray
Different types of coating:-
1.Rubberised undercoating
2.Polyurethane undercoating
3.Wax or Paraffin-Based Undercoating
4.Asphalt-Based Undercoating
