Underbody Coating
UNDERBODY COATING
- Undercoating coating is like a primer coating given to a building before painting
- BiW is inclined in a paint bath at an angle at which the BiW is inside the ED bath
- These are decided with weight and facility of the plant
- Body rotate at some angle why because ED droplets are completely let out from BiW, not even a single droplets found in BiW
- ED is given in a effective and proper manner then only body observes paints and also it gives resistance to the corrosion
- BiW rotates at 360 degree to have good contact with ED and also the body provided with some holes to let out the water to get complete drain
- Then BiW goes into heating chambers to evaporate the water droplets
- Again BiW dip in a primer coating in the primer region before painting
- BiW enters into the colour painting coating region
- After that BiW enters into the underbody sealant region which is included in Benchmark reports
- In most of the Luxury cars spot welded region coated with sealant but in low cost cars does not coated with sealant region
