PROJECT:-I am going to work on the process of underbody coating for (BIW) Body-In-White.

1. About underbody coating:-The Body-In-White or BIW refer to the stage in automobile manufacturing in which a car body sheet metal component have been welded together. BIW is termed before painting and before moving part (Door,Hood and Decks lids as well as fend). The engine chassis sub-assmblies or trim (upholsetry,electronis etc) have been the frame structure.

a) Underbody coating provides long term proction for corrosion(rusting) to car's underbodies. It also protects parts like internal body panels, frame rail and other inner cavities arer not physically corrosion.

b) Rubberized under coating is easy to apply and generlly offer the best protective coating for your car under carriage.
