- Performed Geometry Check and eliminated all the errors
- Set the Mesh Parameters and Quality Criteria
- Making use of the symmetry in the model cut the model into two halfs
- Began Meshing with Ortho Tria in the Macro Locations with average length of 3 mm
- Proceeded to the fillet regions one by one and meshed the entire half geometry
- Reflected the meshed geometry
- Performed Define Volume Mesh (Manual) and ran the diagnostic volume check and got rid of penetrations and intersections along with single con errors
- Defined a new Property Solid (PSOLID 1) and then went to List option
- Remeshed the Volume shown with Tetra FEM unstructured mesh
- Total time taken was 6 hours
