Week - 4 - 2D meshing for Plastic components

1.Geometry check was done and all errors were eliminated

2. Step by Step mid surface was extracted using both offset and middle options

3. Geometry cleanup was done on the midsurface extracted and average thickness was assigned to each of the components

4. Quality and mesh parameters were given as per the norms provided

5. Step by Step meshing on the midsurface components was done taking care of connectivity

6. 7946 quads (97.8 %) were obtained, 179 trias (2.2 %) were obtained, a total of 53 off elements (0.65 %) were obtained.
