Aim: in this question we have to create column properties types of pedestal members and models in the grids.
Procedure:
- first open the tekla software
- next create new model click to the option new option.
- se the construction Levels.
- Next we have to select grid lines and next draw grid lines
- Select manage property and create new property as PDI column size 400x 500 mm and grade of concrete M30.
- Select the column option and place the column on grid intersections.

Procedure:
- Go to home tab and select manage property.
- Create section property as ISMB and MB350
- Go to levels and select ground floor
- By manage proprty fraw columns
