Roof Design :

Roof is the main component in the car that will provide humans from weather conditions like

winter , summer and rainy seasons. For to design the roof there are some considerations to be taken like for

different countries there are different weather conditions for example taking northen countries which are closer

to north pole the snow fall rate will be more to withstand that snow weight we have provide more bow roof rails

that will strengthen the roof. where as in other countries there will less requirement of the bow roof rails.

for heat distortion there should be an proper analysis to be taken if not inside the car heat will not be reduced in

summer conditions. Making sure the draft angle of roof rails should be 7 degrees.

Bow roof prediction

From front roof to 1st bow roof W value is 1.378 which was less than 2.7 ,condition satisfied.

From 1st bow roof to center roof value is 2.244 which was less than 2.7 , condition satisfied.

From center roof to 2nd bow roof value is 2.174 which was less than 2.7 , condition satisfied.

From 2nd bow roof to rear roof value is 2.07 which was less than 2.7 , condition satisfied.
