Project - Analysis of a practical automotive wiring circuit

1)  The main components of the electrical vehicle are

battery, ammeter, generator, switshes, current , voltage and fuse, ignition swithes, erathing, parking lamps, horn, distributor, generator, juction block etc..

2)

battery- A battery is a device that stores chemical energy and converts it to electrical energy. The chemical reactions in a battery involve the flow of electrons from one material (electrode) to another, through an external circuit. The flow of electrons provides an electric current that can be used to do work.

Generator-electric generator, also called dynamo, any machine that converts mechanical energy to electricity for transmission and distribution and charging the battery.

The function of the generator is to supply current for the operation of the ignition system, the lighting system, and all other electrical parts when the engine is running and to replenish the battery after it has supplied current for starting and other purposes when the engine is at rest.

ammeter-instrument for measuring either direct (DC) or alternating (AC) electric current, in amperes.

earthing-it is used to eliminate the  excess current in the circuit which may destroy the  battery life and as well as component that connect to the battery.

3) In this case  we maintain the fuse must within  10A to 15A.

4) If 500W is the load,Then i should reccommed  that voltage is 12V and 48Ah battery so that at power supplied for 1 hour.

 12v x 48Ah/500=1.12hrs

5)

The horns and head lamps , both the two element are connected two parallel to each other becaue both component offers same resistance and voltage.

6)Two elements are conncted in series are ammeter and fuel guage and tank becaue the potential difference indicates that state of charge on battery and fuel in  fuel tank.
