Project - Analysis of a practical automotive wiring circuit

1. Battery, Starter, Ammeter, Fuse, Current and Voltage Regulator, Generator, Distributor, Breaker, Gas Tank Unit, Foot Selector Switch.

2. Battery - It is Heart of the Circuit. battery used to store the energy and supply when need the energy.

Ammeter - It is used for measure the current in the Circuit.

Fuse - It is Safty device, When current will increase above rated Amp of fuse that time fuse will break the circuit.

3. Total Load , I=10A

Fuse Rating = 125 % of I

= 1.25 * 10 = 12.5 A

But In market Near Rating Fuse Is 15 A

4. Load, Power = 500 W

take Battery Voltage = 12 V

P = V* I ( for DC)

500= 12 * I

I= 41.67 A

Battery Capacity = Ah = 41.67*1 = 41.67 Ah

5. All Light are in Parallel, Like Scaled Beam, Tail Light, Dome Light Etc.

It is in Parallel Beacuse There Are same Voltage needed for Same Lightning.

6. Battery and Ammeter Are connected in Series. Beacuse All current Should Pass through Ammeter For Measure the current.
