Use Offset Tool For Mid Surface Generation. Also Assign Properties Of Mid Surface.

6. Quality Set

7. Mesh generation

Use Best Mesh tool for Mesh Generation and then improve mesh with quality and mesh pattern.

8. Assign thickness to Mesh
