Project
1)CVTModel-Dashboard:-
In this model, the input values are Brake & Throttle. For different values of these input we can get different plots which are explained below:-
a) Inititally Brake=0 & Throttle = 1. In this condition, the Velocity=60Km/hr and the distance keeps increasing.
b) Now Brake=0 & Throttle = 0.5. In this condition, Velocity=56km/hr and the distance covered keeps increasing.
c) Now Brake=0.1 & Throttle = 0.5. In this condition, Velocity=46km/hr and the distance covered keeps increasing.
d) Again, Brake=0.5 & Throttle=1. In this condition, velocity = 36km/hr and the distance increases quite slowly as the brakes are applied to the full range.
e) Finally, Brake=0.5 & Throttle= 0.3. In this condition, the Velocity=0 & finally the distance covered stops at 400KM.
Thus, we get that as we increase brake and reduce throttle value, the velocity also reduces. As soon as, the thottle value reduces below 0.5, the vehice comes to a halt.
I have attahed the final observation in image file as CVTModel_Dashboard.
2) CVTModel_Data:-
This is a closed system. Its input values Brake & Throttle are given through a signal builder block. In this system, the Brake=0 always and the Throttle=0.3 till 20 seconds and Throttle=1 after 20 seconds. Thus, from the plot we can say that as soon as, there's a sudden increase of Throttle from 0.3 to 1 after 20 seconds, the Velocity of the vehicle increases rapidly to 70km/hr.
I have attached image file of the plot for this model as CVTModel_data.
3) CVTModel_Mapped:-
This is a closed system. Its input values Brake & Throttle are given through Step Input Blocks each.
I have attached image file of the plot for this model as CVTModel_Mapped.
