Project - 2 - Meshing on the suspension Assembly

Aim:

For the given model, check for the geometrical errors and mesh with the given element Quality criteria. Also use Appropriate connections to connect the component .

Mesh the model as per the given quality parameters.

Procedure.

The intial step is to check the quality of the given model

After that check the geometry of the model and make the model 100% cleaned model.

Once the model is cleaned up check which are the parts to do mid surface extraction and which are the to do solid meshing.

The thump rule is the part which have thickness heigher thean 5 mm go with solid meshing

Complete the meshing for all the parts and achieve Tet collapse 0.2

Make the fe model for suspension sppring also and project it in 3D.

Give the proper connection to the model and make the model completely ready.

Out come:

Learned to make FE model fo springs.

Conclusion:

Completed meshing and givem proper connection to the model.
