Project 2
ROUTING FOR BACK DOOR
Rout the wiring harness for the given car's back door, flatten the completed wiring bundle, and draft them in a separate sheet. Before flattening the bundle, we have to check whether the wiring harness bundle is fully connected. The input they provided:-

To start the routing we have to insert an interconnection connector:-

Connector 02

This connector is placed along with the mounting clip to get perfectly fitted with the sheet metal bracket.

Connector 03

Connector 04

Connector 05

All the connectors shown above must and should be electrically defined.
Insert all the connectors in the proper way for the back door and start routing it by creating a new product and defining it as a geometrical bundle and placing the connectors in the required position and then selecting the multibrachable bundle option to rout the bundles.
Add the fire three clips along with the bundles routed.

After routing is completed check whether it is fully connected
.
Protect all the bundles with the protecting cover which is already prepared of 10mm and 5mm.

Open a new product name it the flattening assembly, and define all the flattening parameters. and then insert the geometrical bundle part in this new product, and then flatten it.

Open a drawing sheet and Insert the front view of the flatten bundle and insert the table and denote all the parts in it,

NOTE : ALL THE PARTS SHOULD BE IN A SINGLE FILE.
