Wiring Harness Installation on given Tailgate body

AIM: To prepare the wiring harness for the given tail gate body and apply protective coverings. Prepare the flattened drawing for the wiring harness.

PROCEDURE:

1. Create a product file named "Assy_wiring_harness_tailgate", add the tailgate body and a geometric bundle file in it.
2. Inside the geometric bundle file add the Connectors and fir tree clip in the required positions like tail lamp, wiper motor, sensors, lock etc.
3. Create a multibranchable and connect the connectors through the wiring harness branchables. Add branch points where they are required. Connect the connectors to the main branch through branchables.
4. Add protective coverings to the bundle segments. Give some clearings at the ends of connectors. 20mm distance is given in this instance.
5. Create a flattening product file and project it on a drawing file.
   

CONCLUTION: The wiring harness of tail gate is completed as per given conditions.
