AIM:

Route the wiring harness of given back door and prepare the Flatten view of drawing in CATIA V5

OBJECTIVE:

The Objective of this Back door project routed the wiring harness with clearance and done the Flattening view of drawing of back door.

STEPS:

1. First defined as electrical components of all connectors and assembled the connectors as per connection point with align condition

2. Assigned the Furr clips between the maximum 200mm 

3. Routed the wiring harness of all connectors from bundle to bundle connections 

4. Appplied PVC tape on wiring harness for protection

5. Created Flattening parameter of Electrical harness flatten of back door wire bundle with connectors and manipulated the connectors of align directions further used the roll options for bend the bundles.

6. Created Flattening drawing view of back door bundle of wiring harness and represents the connectors of front views and mentioned the Ballon as per the connectors and applied Bill of material of product.

CONCLUSION:

 Routing of wiring harness of back door and Flatten view of drawing has done and also provided clamps supports,Protection coverings and other requirements has to be done.
