Project 2 - 2D meshing on the instrumental Panel
Aim: For the given component, check for the geometrical errors and mesh with the given element Quality criteria. After meshing the component the thickness has to be assigned.
Procedure: The results obtained by align manager sometimes dont capture the features properly. So we need to delete those elements and try to capture those intricate features again.
- I have learnt about align manager, how to capture areas and perimeters properly for the dog house and other areas
- Grids align is used at different areas so that warpage is under control
- Project option is used to accurately project the curves on to the FE model

Result: Faced difficulty while removing off elements. Still 5% off elements are there. Faced difficulty in capturing the features accurately but did my best to capture them
