Project 2 - 2D meshing on the instrumental Panel

Aim:

The given dashboard part is to be meshed by using the align manager

procedure:

1. The parts is first checked for the geometrical errror

2.some error are be corrected in a automatic way but some error are eliminate by using the manual method

3.unchecked faces and the single con error are the manual error to be cleared by manually

4.after all the error are cleared the cad model is subjected to the align manager

5. The align manager gives the elements and not the surface

6. by using the align manager options like areas ,perimeter the elements are correctly projected to the cad model

7.the dog houses are the one which is not correctly produced by the align manager

8.It is cleared by using the curves,fill, project options

9.The dog houses are captured as a cross so that the thickness can be given easily

10.after that error are to be cleared as per the quality criteria

11.The automatic thickness is then assigned to the model after the quality check
