8D problem solving 

for a program launch in june 2020 we are facing issue,the H- point of the seat is not not as per the OEM given value.

The issue is observed in 56 car seat set out of total production of 3250 cars

The issue is observed in foam.The foam hard ness is not as per specs.Use 5M ,pugh,andother technical logical reasoning ways to solve the issue.

The 8D problem solving is a detailed,team oriented approach to solving artical problrm in the production process.The goals of the method are to find the root course at a problem ,develop containment actions to product customer and take corrective action to prevent similar problem in feature.
