Open open roads > set coordinate system > attach topo data > go to terrain > go to create graphical terrain > select the spot levels > select the break lines > terrain will be created.

Open open roads > set coordinate system > attached terrain > set as active > attach topo drawings > draw center line along the centerline of existing road > offset the center line as per the assignment > go to cooridor model > create new template > change the template as per the assignment > go to corridor > click on create corridor > select the template.
