Project 2

To identify countries in need of funding from the NGO, we grouped them based on factors such as GDP and income using K-Means Clustering and Hierarchical Clustering.

Steps to build the model:

1. Imported the given dataset into a Python notebook.
2. Analyzed the dataset.
3. Reduced the dimension of the dataset using PCA Technique.
4. Built two different models using K-Means and Hierarchical algorithms.
5. Determined the optimal value of k for K-Means clustering using the elbow curve method.
6. Determined the optimal number of clusters using a dendrogram for Hierarchical clustering.
7. Grouped the countries accordingly.
8. Obtained the list of underdeveloped countries.
