we kept minimum draft angles as 4.95 for graining purpose.

Graining - It is a process of adding a pattern testure applied for the A surface.

welding channel of tail lamp lens for hot plate welding is shown in picture below

Thickness of lens lens welding track for hot plate welding is 2.5mm

for tail lamp lens we use PMMA material and and for head lens we use PC material because tail light is used in the back side of the vehicles and head lidht is mounted on the front side of the vehicles so when velicles will bw running on the road there is the chance stones ,sand ,mud,wind where impact on the lens.
