Project 1 _Creating an Architectural plan for the provided plot size and develop relevant basic structural drawings

AIM:

To Design and Draft a layout of a residential building with plot size (18.3 m x 6 m).

PROCEDURE:

- Type Units in the command and then click Meters.

- Type zoom > a in the command prompt.

- In the command prompt type offset, to offset it to the desired lines.

- In the command promt type trim to remove the unwanted lines.

- The main entrance of the plan is in the east direction.

- In the ribbon bar create various layers.

- With the help of DC command, add various components.

- Use arc command to draw the doors.

- Type the text for dimensions.

- Type table at the command prompt to specify the door and window schedule.

- The architectural plan is complete.

- With the help of dotted lines, the horizontal and vertical sections are created.

- Use HATCH to annotate concrete.

- Type Line to draft the lines.

- In the command prompt type Hatch > solid to give the desired annotations , colour to the elevation.
