Let’s take a column of size C1 (230x230)
Assume height =1m
Self weight of column C1 is,
Total volume of concrete = 0.23x0.23x1
=0.053KN/m3
Unit weight of concrete = 25KN/m3
Self weight of column = 25 x 0.053
=1.33 KN
C2 (R-150MM) :
Let’s take a column of size C2 150MM
Assume height =1m
Self weight of column C2 is,
Total volume of concrete = 3.14X(0.15)2 X1
=0.07KN/m3
Unit weight of concrete = 25KN/m3
Self weight of column = 25 x 0.07
=1.77 KN
Let’s calculate the wall load for a height 3.1 m
-Height of the wall = 3.1m
- Thk.of the wall = 230mm
- Unit.wt of brickwall = 20KN/m3
- Dead load of wall = 20 x3.1 x0.23
=14.3KN/m
TOTAL LENGTH OF WALL = 69.5m
=14.3x69.5
=991.1KN
Self – weight of column is,
Total volume of concrete
=18.3 x6.1x0.15
=16.75KN/m3
Unit weight of concrete= 25KN/m3
Self weight of slab = 25x 16.75
= 418.6KN
RESULT:
To determine design and draft the residential layout, section and elevation with dimensions using AutoCAD.
