Project 1 : CFD Meshing for Tesla Cyber Truck

Aim : To perform CFD Meshing for Tesla Cyber Truck.

Procedure:

Step 1: Cut the model into 2. Since the model is symmetrical about the axis. Resolve all the errors present.

Step 2: Assign PID to the parts of the cars and use the copy and symmentry option to form the other part of the car.

Step 3: Create the wind tunnel setup as per the specifications. The length of the car is 6050mm.

Step 4: Mesh the car according to the specifications, make sure there are no off elements. Check for

wind tunnel top:100mm

wind tunnel bottom: 20mm

wind tunnel sides: varying lenght of factor 1.1

Using volumetric check find if there are any leaks in the body.

Total no.of volumes=6

Conclusion: Thus CFD Meshing for Tesla Cyber Truck of performed.

Result: 58181770 triangular elements were created successfully.
