Project 1 - 2D meshing on the instrumental Panel
Aim: 2D meshing of Instrumental Panel

Theory:
A dashboard (also called dash, instrument panel (IP), or fascia) is a control panel set within the central console of a vehicle or small aircraft. Usually located directly ahead of the driver (or pilot), it displays instrumentation and controls for the vehicle's operation.

Procedure:
- First step is to import the model and then Geometry cleanup is done.
- Unnecessary Triple cons are removed.
- Needle faces are removed.

2.After that mid surface is generated.
- Here manual mid surfacing is used.
- As model is complex, complete model is divided into three sub parts.
- After mid surfacing PID is assigned.

- Seperate PID's are assigned to variable thickness part.
- Each part is tried to capture properly.

3. After Mid surface is generated, meshing is done.
- Meshing Parameters are

- Subpart1 and Subpart3 are meshed manually, but Subpart 2 is batch meshed as Batch was giving Good result for that portion.

- Most of the OFF elements are in the triple con areas.
Complete Mesh Model:

Outcomes:
- After working on this challenge I can 2D mesh any shell component with or without having uniform thickness.
- Can generate mid surface of complex parts.
Conclusion: After working on this challenge, I can 2d mesh any Plastic or sheet metal component. Can generate mid surface of complex parts, Can do batch mesh manual mesh on appropriate areas to save time while maintaing the quality of mesh
