Project 1

Engine Assembly harness -Project

Step-01

Download and collect the required component and parts from approved suppliers  and its converted into catia part file.

Step 2

we need to define the parts as electrically defined  and give suitable parameters once if its done we need to create catalouge file and store into it.

Step-03

Lets start creating routing format, format  contains context assembly file contails subassembly file like geometric assemble, souranding data assembly file

step-04

import all the parts and assembly files from the stored location. now start position the connected and clapms as per normes and standared by using mechanical assembly work bench

once if we finalize the location and routing path we should define the routing path assembly as geometric bundle .

step-05,

create multi branchable document in geometric file the keep on route the bundle by using branch definition if required we need to create branch point also.

while routing there may errors will come ,there we need to follow tangent management and off set management tools.somethimes we need to adjust the clip orientation also.

step-06,

routing path are finalized whithout any errors we need to check fully connected if ok will proceed further if not, till its fully connected route the bundles properly.

then create flattern file and give proper definitions and values.

import bundle from context/geometric bundle  to flattering file.

By using flatern comment select all the bundles and select plane as connecter face ( the as mentioned falttern parameter)

Some of the channels and P clamps not positioned as per assembly drawing ,so by using assembly workbench position the components manually.

open new drawing file give required parameters so flattern file represented in drawing file. give required parametrs to show cotttubes and connecters.
