Almost all Standards emphasize on Customer Focus. And customer focus is always about the Quality of Product and Service provided by the supplier. The word Quality is considered as “extent to which requirements are fulfilled”. Customer needs Quality, therefore, one of the ways to determine Customer Satisfaction is by evaluating the Quality quantitatively.
An activity or series of activities of more or less intangible nature that normally, not necessarily, take place in interactions between the customer and service employees and/or physical resources or goods and/or systems of the service provider, which are provided as solution to customer problems”.
When considering your current products and services (as well as ideas for new products and services), it's essential to get the feedback of the existing and potential customers. They are the ones who have a say in purchasing decisions.
