ROUTING THE WIRING HARNESS:
Initially whatever the selected connectors positioned on the desired area of engine. Than the bundle supports like p-clamp, for tree clip and steel brackets are provide to routing supports along with the engine.
Than, the geomentrical bundle are converted into electrical harness assembly. After creation of bundle segment between connectors by using the Multi branchable document commant. That the bundles are should be grater then 50mm from the branching point to the connector or other components.
BUNDLE CONTINUITY CHECK :
After create the bundle segments it would be analys the bundles are connected each other by using connectivity check in the search.
WIRING HARNESS FLATTENING:
The routed bundles are flatten into the electric harness flattening work bench.
DRAWING CREATION:
The flattened wiring harness is converted to drawing for manufacturing purpose.
