Project 1
To build double-acting actuator model using Simscape Multibody and Simscape components:
The schematics show the cylinder in three configurations: half-retracted, fully retracted, and fully extended.

We can build the Mechanical and Physical model in simscape to plot the module for given Question
Mechanical Model:
We can build the mechanical model for the actuator using the blocks of
Cylinderical solid,world frame,mechanical configuration,Solver,prisametic joint
First we have build The Cylinder and Piston Assyembly for the mechanical configuration
Cylinder Assy:
For Barrel and Head cap assy we use Revolved solid and the measurements of outer Radius -0.01,Inner Radius - 0.08, Length - 0.01(for barrel) and for Head cap outer Radius - 0.01, Length-0.1,Inner radius - 0.04for (Head cap)
for Bottom cap -radius - 0.1, length - 0.05,
Piston Assy:
For Rod dimenssions - radius -0.04,length -0.5 and for head dimenssion Radius - 0.08,length - 0.05
then the both assy are connected to the prisametic joint
Physical model:
For physical model we can use the blocks of 4-way dimensional way, ps constant, signal builder, translational hydro, reference, hydraulic pressure source, hydraulic fliud, reference blocks
Then the both functions are connected with translational multibody interface block
the input has set in signal builder block and the signal is given to S in 4way directional way and mechanical source to P and hydraulic fluid to T and the ports of A,B are connected to the A ports in Chamber (A,B)
For Chamber (A,B) the dimensions are

The ports of C in both chambers are connected to the c port on interface block and the stroke length is given as 0.45 to ps sum and the ports of P on both chambers are connected to the PS sum block and the port of P in prisametic block is connected to sum block

And the both input and output figure are ploted in the scope block
The screenshot,.mdl files are attached

The model was plotted with the refence of Dump Trailer with Hydraulic Cylinder https://in.mathworks.com/help/sm/ug/hydraulic-interface-dump-trailer-with-hydraulic-cylinder.html
