Motor Blower Assembly : Week 4 Challenge

MOTOR BLOWER ASSEMBLY

The Motor blower assembly consists of 5 Parts which are first created as part files and later on assembled in an assembly file using different constraints.

LOWER HOUSING:

The lower housing was created using different features like Pad, Pocket and mirror.

UPPER HOUSING:

The upper housing was created using features like Pad, Multi Section Solid, Pocket, Shell, mirror and edge fillet.

MOTOR:

The motor was created using features like Pad, Pocket, Circular Pattern, Edge Fillet.

BLOWER:

The blower was created using features like Pad, Pocket, Circular pattern.

ASSEMBLY:

After creating all the different part files they are assembled together in an assembly file by using different constraints like offset constraint, surface contact and coincidence constraint.
