procedure -
step 1
first we click on the annotate toolbar and select the aligned option to dimension the rectangular
step 2.
next to the dimensions of a rectangular layout using the aligned option in the Annotate toolbar .
result -
the dimension for the rectangular layout is added successfully used in the aligned option in the annotate toolbar

QUE 5 -
AIM-to switch to the different wall types using the properties browser .
introduction-
from the rectangular layout we can change wall type by selecting the particular wall.
in the properties browser there will be different wall sizes.
procedure -
step 1

11.Elevation
12.scope box
procedure -
step 1
select the view toolbar and selected 3D view option.
Step 2-
next to put the cursor on the view cub and then right-click the new tab appears and click the save you option .
step 3
after selecting the save you the small table visible then enter the name of 3D view a

QUE 7
AIM - Use the viewcube to navigate through 3D model and Orbit through the model layout.
introduction-
1.view cube is used to navigate the 3d model in any direction.
2.orbit is also used to navigate the 3d model to any direction .
3.Pan is used to navigate the 3D model to the position.
procedure-
step 1-
first we moved the cursor view cube then hold the view cube with and cursor then rotate all the view in the different direction
step 2
use the view cube to rotate 3D model by holding the view cube with the cursor.
step 3
open the steering wheel at right side of the screen .
after opening the steering wheel we need to select the pan option then holder and more 3rd model view to the different position
Step 4
open the steering wheel at the right side of the screen .
after opening we need to select the orbit option then hold and rotate the 3D model view to the different direction

AIM -
Use the visibility setting option to switch model to shaded realistic hidden lines options.
Introduction -
using the visibility settings we can change the visibility of model such as -
wireframe
Hidden line
shaded
consistent colour
realistic
Ray trace .
here we need to change visibility of 3D model 3 types they are -
shaded
hidden line
realistic
procedure -
step 1.
at the bottom click the graphic display settings option then the select a realistic option .
the visibility of third model is changed in the realistic as shown below .
step 2.
at the bottom click the graphic display settings option then select the hidden line option .
the visibility of a 3D model is changed to the hidden line as shown below.
Step 3-
at the bottom click the graphic display settings option the select the shaded option .
the visibility of the 3D model is also changed to the shaded as shown below

Q .9
Aim-to turn the Sun path and off to view shadings in the layout .
introduction-
1.the sun's moment is an important consideration when designing high performance buildings .
2.understand the impact of the Solar position on your building you can use the sun a shadow setting it Ravit to visualise the position of the sun at your location at any time the day or of the year .
3.you can also see the shadows that your project will be cast upon the surrounding as well as seeing the Shadows cast upon your building surfaces.
procedure-
step 1
click the Sun path icon at the bottom of the River display area to open the samples menu select the sun path on .
if a window pops asking you to select the option use a specified a project location date and time instead to display the Sun path select it .
step 2
then the sun path interface display the ground compass the position of the second time of day and time of the year.
step 3
click the Sun path icon at the bottom of the River display area to open the Sun path menu select the Sun path off

Q11
AIM-Analyse toolbar used in a revit and beneficial for design and modelling .
analyse toolbar helps you to perform analysis on our structural building .the boundary condition enable you to define point line and area boundary condition in an analytical model . it will be verify the boundary condition family types are loaded and Assigned in your parameter feature of the structure and model. similarly we can apply Point Road to a model to you all are the performance of the building .
similarly we can add an edit load cases to define the designed standard suggested load case to model. we can combine different a load causes using load combination icon it will enable to add and edit combination for the analytical model . the main purpose of using the revit is to evaluate the sustainability of the building that we modelling . so we will be interested in the energy or energy optimisation of the building that we are going to models. revit offers feature such as it creates and energy model from the future we have model in our projector and then the energy analytical model will be based on the conceptual masses.
the building elements and the material that we use to construct the building and the quantity and the amount of material that are used in our project

Q12-
What are the links that revealed support to be linked to the model
the links are that revit support to be linked into the model are
1.land revut- this allow link on another revit model to the current model .
example we can link a model together to specify the relative individual building on a campus or to coordinate efforts discipline
2.link IFC to link IFC file to current a model to reference its information for additional design work
3.link cad- to link with the 2D CAD file to current file to create 3D by revit tools.
4. manage links- providers feature to manage the links to the building model.
example if we are lining the electrical and structural model to remove electrical from structure go to Link manager and unload the model we don't want

Q13 -Why do you need the collaborate tab in Revit ?how it supports Modelling? and its efficiency
Answer- collaborate tab in revit with support Modelling and efficiency .
1. it provides several different way to collaborate with the member who are also using the software.
2. you can link the multiple revit model together following team member to work in a context .
3.to a user on the same Local Network can work together in same Revit model .
4.when collabortion due to occur among users who are not in the same geographic location use revit server or revit cloud worksharing .
*revit server cannect its officers who share a network but are not in the same geographic location.
* revit cloud worksharing -it is a cloud-based service that allows any revit user inside or outside network to collaborate on revit with model
