Hood design-Week 2

Hood outer panel:

Created flange for hood outer panel, blended at optimum radius and hemming done from given data.

Hood inner panel:

Created offset from given outer panel surface, designed as per requirement and provided well embossment for hinge and striker and mirrored geometry. Used edge, face blends and brodge curves to avoid sharp corners.

Thickened the inner panel surface and associated with outer panel.

Added hinge and striker assembly. Mirrored hinge assembly with associative features. Provided suitable constraints for assemblies and positioned them according to final product.

Converted files of parts and assemblies as .stp files and saved.
