Hood design-Week 2

Hood Inner and Outer are Made as per the Master Section Provided in the Challenge and Below is the Design Data Taken into consideration for the Design:

1. Hood Outer Panel Thickness = 0.75mm Thickened towards the Inner Panel.
2. Hood Inner Panel Thickness = 0.75mm Thickened towards the Outer Panel.
3. Gap Between the Inner and the Outer Panel is Kept at 0.2mm at both Sides as per the Master.
4. Hemming Flange Relief Provided at four corners of the Hood.
5. Totally 36 Mastic Points have been provided for the Mastic Application, Which is placed Diametrically 80mm apart from each other.
6. Stricker is Positioned 630mm Radially from the Hinge Axis and all three parts are secured by Flat Embossing areas Respectively.
