Fender Design

Fender Design:

Using the Skin data Fender has been designed with the following mounting points.

1. Drip mounting
   
2. A-pillar
   
3. Sill
   
4. Bumper and Baffle (splash) Mounts
   
   For the Baffle Mounting Separate Holes (n=5) have been provided. It is Designed in mind that the plastic Baffle is mounted with the fender with the help of Snap Joints. So, Only Holes are Designed without the Embosses.
   
   Minimum Radius = 2.5mm
   Sheet Thickness = 0.75mm
