Final Project: Electric Rickshaw modelling

in the designed electric rickshaw mail blocks are battery,drive cycle,controller,dc motor and transmission system. drive cycle is the input data(ftp75).main objective is to obtain speed by the driver,to estimate the tr of motor and controller, SOC.,disrance travelled by vehicle.

matlab model-

initially current flows to DCmotor from the battery thru DC-DCpower converter to drive the motor. the rquired voltage will be controlled in the controller.controller will follw the drive cycle ref and run the motor in the required rpm. the motor is transmitted to the wheelthru gear box and controller will take vehicle speed and compare and controlled.

we use a longitudinal speed tracking controller for generating normalized acceleration and braking commands based on ref and feedback velocities.

use external signal that can diable,hold or override.drive cycle connected to longitudinal driver.

motor dc motor-thermal port to sense temr of motor. no elctromagnetic energy is lost.

vehicle body and transmission- motor produces the rotational out put given to vehicle body and it maintain constant speed thru gear box. no loss occurs.
