To check the Fender Wheelarch considering European regulations.
In European regulations 5 points to be marked on the outer surface of the wheel ant the fender, the horizontal distance from the wheel to the fender must b greater than 10mm to clear the European regulations.

Lets consider those 5 points as A,B,C,D&E
At position A the distance is 10mm

At position B the distance is 9.94mm

At position C the distance is 0.11mm

At position D the distance is -2.88mm

At position E the distance is -5.99mm

All the points are not greater than 10mm, Hence this fender wont pass the European Wheelarch Regulations.
