As per standard the SD= 0.00mm values is Not satisfy.

As per standard the SC = 10.00mm values is Satisfy.

As per standard the SE = 0.00mm values is Not satisfy.

Conclusion:

The given design is not satisfies all Japan Standards and European standards.

The design should be reverted back to the designer telling him to modify the design and increase the gap there.
