Fender Design - Wheel Arch Challenge

According to European Regulations

SA-SA ,SB-SB,SC-SC,SD-SD,SE-SE should be grater than or equal to 10mm

Distance between Wheel arc and fender outside(at SA,SB,SC) should be minimum 5mm

Steps:

1. Sketch is drawn on the wheel.
2. Curve is projected on the fender.
3. Distance between the projected and original curve is measured.

Length SA-SA=9.949mm

Length SB-SB=10mm

Length SC-SC =0 mm

Length SD-SD=1.3886mm

Length SE-SE=3.5009mm

For given design ,the fender design doesnt pass the european standards.So design should be created again.
