Japanese standard- From fender wheel arch area to tire outter part it must be more than 5mm in all 3 positions(A, B& C) as shown in fig.

European standard: From fender wheel arch area to tire outter part it must be more than 10mm in all 5 positions as shown in fig.
US standars: From fender wheel arch area to tire outter part it must be more than 5mm from -100° to 100° in all 5 positions as shown in fig.
